Who Delivers It

Someone who's
been in your shoes.

Marie Frost spent over 20 years in corporate life, including senior management roles, before retraining as a health practitioner. She experienced first-hand what sustained workplace pressure does to sleep, stress, movement, and health — and built Nutricore Health to do something about it.

That background means she speaks the language of organisations, not just clinics. Corporate programmes are led by Marie directly, with associate coaches integrated as the model scales. Every programme carries full clinical oversight.
